Margarita Rodríguez
Margarita has a solid background in corporate financial accounting having worked as a Controller for over twenty years in a variety of companies, both service and manufacturing industries.
Margarita has started operations designing the accounting systems in several of these companies and has worked in both Mexico and the United States. Always ensuring compliance with GAAP standards in accordance with FASB rules, understanding and adapting to the complexity of the unique accounting and financial operations of each company.
Margarita has excellent leadership skills, effective planning and decision-making, problem-solving skills, as well as command of technical accounting English/Spanish and deep understanding for administrative management in a bicultural environment.
​Margarita has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Autonomous University of Baja California, as well as an MBA from the University of the Americas Mexico City.
Wesley Lindquist
Wesley is one of the country’s leading experts on best practices in accounting at small business and has been CFO or Controller for at over 100 companies, from startup to $400 million in revenue.
Wesley holds CPA, MBA and QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor distinctions. His clients have raised over $100 million in equity and completed dozens of debt transactions.
From 2010 to 2016, Wesley was member of the executive team and Consulting CFO for dozens of clients at one of the country’s premier managerial accounting firms. Wesley led development of the firm’s universal quality standards for excellent bookkeeping, financial modeling templates, cash flow forecasting best practices, while managing of dozens of bookkeepers, accounting managers and Controllers.
